Private classes with Shelley
The Benefits of yoga are many, and therefore there are countless reasons that bring each practitioner to the mat. Some come to manage pain, increase flexibility, strengthen or even lose undesired pounds.. but like anything group classes can only take you so far, or achieve so much. It is important for any serious practitioner to connect with a teacher that knows their body, limitations, and goals; whether one on one or in small group settings, and this is why I am now offering structured private class options, making myself, and my knowledge available to your practice in 2018!
Privates are recommended in minimum three packs for the initial set, as it is hard to retain and maintain a practice if only enjoying a single. This initial 3 set includes a 15 minute discovery session in the first practice. Privates can be held in my home studio or your own space.
I offer Private Classes in the Styles of:
Critical Alignment Therapy - for students looking to overcome pain in the body and develop mobility and strength.
Critical Alignment Yoga and Vinyasa Flow Yoga for students looking to begin or grow their Yoga practice. Strong focus on alignment, flexibility and strength.
Initial 3: Includes: 3- 60 minute Asana practice; 1- 15 minute discovery session. This session is enjoyed at the same time as the first practice.
Ongoing 4 Pack: Includes 4 - 60 minute Asana Practice. Great to keep your practice strong, and continued transformation,
Travel Time: should you wish to enjoy your private class in your space or location, travel time is charged in 15min increments.
Single Privates: Singles are excellent when booked after the initial and you would like a quick refresh or follow
