Dynamic Yoga Flow: 
Ashtanga inspired Flow is fun engaging, and meant to expand your boundaries on flexibility, mobility and strength. Meet your  strength with stretch! Classes are designed for all levels and abilities. modifications and props available. 
Critical Alignment Therapy 
This is a therapeutic class. You are likely to spend 80-100% of this practice on your back and guaranteed to never have felt better. This method from Europe is based around eliminating strain and immobility in the body, especially around the spinal column. Once strain & pain is removed we focus on developing coordination and strength to support positive movement patterns in the body. This entire process leads to no future pain. 
Yoga For Backs
 This is a therapeutic class. Decrease pain and stiffness through gentle supported postures, breathing and relaxation techniques. Develop positive movement and work towards living a pain free life as you enjoy your desired activities.
